Our client is a market leading supplier of premium branded catering equipment products which are sold in to the fast food, pub group and retail markets. Their offering is a portfolio of well designed, high quality equipment to include frying, rapid-cook, display, ice cream and hot beverage systems which are sold as a ‘profit centre’ concept.
They are seen as experts in their field, providers of excellent product training and a polished and professional environment to work in. In addition to their field sales activities they also have an impressive showroom and live cook centre at their head offices which are valuable sales tools.
The role
This is a territory sales role in which you will be required to develop new business by calling on end-user clients such as fast food restaurants, coffee shops, delicatessens, pubs, independent supermarkets etc promoting the full portfolio of equipment and highlighting the ongoing benefits to the customer.
These are premium products which represent a sizeable initial outlay so consultative selling skills are crucial in order to outline the benefits of a profit centre concept.
The person

*Structured sales training gained from within a field sales environment.
*A proven record of target achievement from within a new business sales environment.
*Experience of concept or profit centre sales would be considered an advantage.
*Experience of selling catering, beverage, servery or related equipment.
*Experience of selling to clients within the high street fast food, café, pub, retail etc. environments would be advantageous.
*Excellent communication, negotiation and motivational skills are key
