Regional Manager

Business to Business Sales
 
My client, currently the number 1 in Retail hairdressing, number 3 Professional Supplier in the UK and now expanding their portfolio to include a beauty range and hair colour, is currently looking for various Account Managers within their UK and International business.

Due to their recent outstanding success, they are now recruiting additional sales personnel nationwide.

We are looking for exceptional sales people who have:

• A strong passion for the hairdressing industry.

• An obsession with delivering first-class customer care

• A desire to push themselves to the limits and reap the rewards of success

• 3 Years minimum in a stable Field sales / Account Management environment

If you have experience of selling professional Hair and beauty products into Salons with a good technical understanding and are ready for a move to the most dynamic company in the industry, then we want to hear from you!

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To grow and develop your geographical territory.

• Introduction of colour to existing accounts

• Consistently basing all appointments on a structure to achieve pre-agreed targets.

• Exclusive territory management for all wet line product ranges.

• Building and maintaining established relations within all existing salons

This is very much a business consultation role, you will be required to give the salon advice on improving their retail sales.

A competitive basic salary will be offered with the role, plus an open ended bonus package giving a realistic OTE in excess of £45K.

In addition, all normal benefits are offered; Company Car, Laptop, mobile phone, pension scheme, 23 days a/l full home office setup etc plus all business expenses.
